Chicken, Kale, and White Beans

Another pressure cooker dinner. We still have alot of the Kale we cleared the other day. As well as one chicken breast and some white beans. We served with bread and a salad.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- kale
- 1 cup white beans
- 3 cups water
- 1 carrot
- 2 mushrooms
- green garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- sage
- dried bread
Instructions
- Add to pressure cooker: chicken breast, kale, white beans, water, and salt
- Bring to pressure
- Cook 30 mins.
- Debone chicken
- Add dried bread to food processor to make bread crumbs
- Add carrot, mushrooms, and green garlic to oven safe bowls
- Add chicken and beans to bowls
- Top bowls with bread crumbs
- Cook bowls at 400 degrees for about 30 mins.
- Serve
Cooking in the pressure cooker definitely saves some time. We love ours!
