It has been really nice cool weather lately. Our grapes are really good with our salad greens, green onions, tamari almonds, and apricot dressing. To come up with the dressing we mixed the basil, garlic, white wine vinegar dressing from yesterday, with some apricots from the backyard, a dried hot pepper, and some salt. Yum! We definitely have to remember this recipe for the next apricot season.
