Today I picked apricots. I rinsed them off, cut them in half, took out the pit, and put them in a ziplock bag for the freezer. I got 8 quart sized bags filled and into the freezer. It’s going to be awesome to have them in later weeks and months!   For dinner we had porkchops with a really good apricot sauce, beets and beet greens from the garden, and white beans(with our garlic and sage). We were too full to eat the apricot salad.
