We had a very good dinner. Apricot sauce for the pork chops, beets and greens, white beans with our sage and garlic, and an apricot, tamari salad, with red onion, and lime that we couldn’t even get to.  I think I halved, pitted and froze about 10 quarts of apricots. I’m looking forward to apricot salads, sauces, salsa’s, etc, for the next few weeks and months.
