It is still so Hot. The lettuce in the outside bed doesn’t taste quite like baby greens anymore. Still good, but a little bit bitter. It has been pretty hot lately. I made a salad dressing today with the usual balsamic vinegar and olive oil and added some of our garlic, onion, and basil. ( I chopped up the garlic, onion, and basil) I’ve also started getting an Italian dried herb blend started from some of our herbs, and added some of it. For dinner we had a salad with our left over grilled chicken. I shredded it and added mustard and white vinegar and black pepper. It was actually pretty good.
