A fast 45 minutes in the greenhouse! It registered 82 degrees. It felt great! In the winter, especially, I appreciate such a warm sunny place to be. I turned over a bed and added some plantone to it. Then planted some collards, Lacinato and Dwarf Blue kale, Buttercrunch, Ruby Red, Corn mache, Cimmeron romaine, and Back Seeded Simpson lettuces. I hope they grow. I’m definitely ready to eat some home grown lettuce.
It seems like a good time to soak some more pepper seeds. I started the rest of my Fresno Chili pepper (2007) and the rest of my sweet red pepper seeds.
I was trying to figure out why the watering can wasn’t working very well. I thought it might be frozen. It turns out the baby filled it with rocks and styrofoam.
