I’m looking through old notes and found this. Happy Pie Day! Kentucky Derby Pie 16 oz. package chocolate chips (1 cup) 1 stick butter 2 eggs slightly beaten 1/2 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbl. bourbon pinch of salt Mix: sugar and flour Add: eggs, butter, vanilla, bourbon and salt Add: pecans and chocolate chips (last) Mix well Pour: into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust Bake at Read more…
