Hummus
In pressure cooker: 1 cup Garbanzo Beans 4-6 cups water 1/4 tsp. salt ~ olive oil Cook at pressure for 35 min. When Beans have cooled; Blend with: 1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds juice of 1 whole lemon 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cumin 3 cloves garlic ( we like unhulled sesame seeds, delicious and nutritious)
